Women Coming Together

Why women can’t come together in solidarity is beyond my comprehension.  I’m a lover, not a fighter.  I’m not going to argue with anyone over petty issues.  I know some ladies that love to sit around and say nasty things about a woman because of her looks.  It really is jealousy most of the time.  They are jealous because they see a very attractive woman who gets a lot of male attention and they become haters.  Why hate?

How about using some of that energy into taking better care of yourself.  Exercise can make you feel better about yourself or buying an item that you have been admiring can change your whole day.  I really believe many women have the issue of low self-esteem and it is easier to point out the flaws in other people rather focus on themselves.  It is true that looking in the mirror is scary when you have bags under your eyes and uneven skin.  I guess it makes some women feel more superior to call out the lady down the street on her acne than focus on your own scars.  It’s not comfortable is it?  Not a nice feeling sitting in the hot seat, huh?

We have to start uplifting one another.  Women uplift one another – girls want to fight.  Let’s all show we can be women!  We can be feminine and assertive without missing a beat.

How about telling that really attractive woman you love her necklace (because you do).  Don’t hate on her.  I love giving compliments because we all need to hear it sometimes.  You would be amazed what that woman that you think is so beautiful – what her secret insecurity may be…because we all have at least one.  Most of us are not a “10” based on looks.  It is OK.  There are other great qualities to give to the world – focus on that.

Truth. I love the show “The Vikings”. The women stand together. They are extremely strong women. It’s a brutal show yet spiritual as well.
